Products
Specifications for the raw materials we process and our powders. See the intake form and processing particle size for each raw material, and the standard particle size and main uses for each powder.
Production process
We process in 8 steps from intake to shipment and keep control records for each step.
01Intake
At intake, we check weight and origin documents and give each raw material a lot number.
02Raw material inspection
We check color, aroma, moisture and foreign matter to decide whether each raw material can be processed.
03Foreign matter sorting
Sorting equipment removes foreign matter such as stones, soil and stems.
04Drying
We dry at the temperature and time suited to each raw material and record the conditions for each lot.
05Milling
We set the mill to the requested particle size and clean the line whenever the raw material changes.
06Metal detection
All milled material passes through metal detection and removal equipment.
07Packing
Weighed and packed in specified units, labeled with product name, weight, production date and lot number.

Shipment
Before shipment, we check quantities and labeling and record the destination for each lot number.

On-site consultations and raw material intake are by appointment only.
